I forgot my User ID and/or Password. Now what?
You can retrieve your User ID and/or Password by entering the first four letters of your name, zip code and account or policy number on the Forgot my User ID or Password screen. You will then be asked the security question that you set up when you initially registered on our website. If you answer correctly, you will be able to reset your password, which requires entering your User Id. If you do not know your User ID, it will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you.

If I have a question about my insurance coverage, who should I contact?
We encourage you to contact your United Fire Group insurance agent with any questions about your insurance coverage.

Where can I find the contact information for my insurance agent?
If logged In, select "My Information" in the My Information section to locate your agent’s contact information, including the name and phone number. Click on the "More Agent Info" link for your agent's address, fax number, email address and website address, if available. For quick reference, your agent's contact information is also displayed in the left margin of the screen under "My UFG Agent."

If not logged in, go to Find Agent Infomation. Enter your account or policy number and we will display your agent's contact information.

Can I view my declarations page online?
Yes. After logging in to www.ufgPolicy.com, select “View Current Policy” in the My Policy section. The policy declarations pages are displayed in PDF format. In order to view them, Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer. To download a free version of Adobe, visit www.adobe.com.

How do I add a policy to my list of existing accounts?
After logging in to www.ufgPolicy.com, select “Update Policy List” in the My Information section. To add a policy to your list of existing accounts, you must enter the insured name, zip code and policy or account number and click Submit. The list will be automatically updated.

How do I pay my bill?
We offer a variety of hassle-free payment options for our policyholders. You can have your payments automatically deducted from your bank account, make a payment online at www.ufgPolicy.com, or make a payment by telephone at 800-450-9239. Complete details about your payment options are outlined under “Payment Options” in the Billing section of our website.

What is the mailing address for payments?
All payments with a remittance slip should be mailed to: United Fire Group, PO Box 3244, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-3244. This address is printed on your billing statement. If you do not have the remittance slip, please mail the payment to: United Fire Group, 118 Second Avenue SE, PO Box 73909, Cedar Rapids, IA 52407-3909.

If you need to send a payment to us by overnight express (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, etc.), use this address: United Fire Group, 118 2nd Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401.

Can I arrange to have my payments automatically withdrawn from my bank account?
Yes – Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is our most convenient payment option. To register for EFT, Log in to www.ufgPolicy.com and complete the “EFT Authorization” screen in the My Bill section. You can also print and complete our EFT Registration Form. Note: If you currently have a bill due, you must pay it first as EFT will not begin until the next billing cycle.
