Policyholders of United Fire Group are provided with several options from which they can choose to report their claims. Please read the information below for the ways you can file a claim.
After the storm
Before a storm, you take all of the proper precautions to prepare, but you never really know what to expect when you return to your neighborhood. United Fire Group wants to help you get back on your feet as soon as possible. The links below provide important information that can help you report a claim and clean up after the storm.
How to report a claim
We have multiple ways for you to submit a claim. Choose whichever works best for you. Just remember, the sooner a claim is reported, the sooner it can be resolved.
After reporting your claim, a claims adjuster representing United Fire Group will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with the adjustment of your claim. If you have evacuated to another location, be sure to leave your correct contact information at the time you report your claim.
In the meantime, please take all precautions you deem necessary for your health and safety. If you are in need of emergency/board up/water extraction services, contact a licensed vendor. If possible, take photos of any damage before beginning cleanup.
